深圳南油对外服务有限公司11月1日起正式运作，原广东南油对外服务有限公司深圳分公司的所有债权债务及法律责任一并转移至深圳南油对外服务有限公司。

For improving the capability of customer service，Guangdong Nanyou Foreign Service Co. Ltd. Shenzhen Branch, Co. has been reorganized to be a limited liability company according to the requirement of the modern enterprise management system. And our company has changed to the name of Shenzhen Nanyou Foreign Service Co. Ltd. on 19th September, 2006 after the examination and approval of the Guangdong Provincial Industry and Commercial Administration Bureau.
After the reform, the shareholders of Shenzhen Nanyou Foreign Service Co., Ltd. are the Shanghai Foreign Service Co., Ltd. and the Guangdong Nanyou Economy Development Company. The company has been managed by means of possession and would remain to be State-owned and the company location and the former business scope. All business and service remain unchanged.
Shenzhen Nanyou Foreign Service Co. Ltd. will transact business from November 1th, 2006, All the creditor's rights and debts and the legal liabilities of the former Guangdong Nanyou Foreign Service Co. Ltd. Shenzhen Branch, Co. would be transferred to the Shenzhen Nanyou Foreign Service Co., Ltd.
